At Embrace & Nurture, I support many families that feel exactly like you and struggle with their baby or child's sleep. I use a holistic sleep coaching approach that is becoming more and more well stablished in Europe. We know that sleep isn’t just about routines and shouldn't be looked at as an isolated factor—it’s deeply tied to a child’s development, emotional safety, and their secure connection with their caregivers.
I take a whole-family approach, taking time to truly understand your family’s unique
dynamics, values, and daily rhythms. Every child is different—and so is every family—so together we create individualized sleep plans that reflects your specific needs, parenting style, and your child’s temperament.
I know exactly how overwhelming it can be when your child isn’t sleeping well and you are sleep deprived (I have been there myself!)—and how much that can impact your own and your family's well-being, confidence, and connection. My services are personalized. I provide support as a certified baby and child sleep coach near you (or anywhere in the world since it is fully remote!). I am certified by the Holistic Sleep Coaching Program lead by the one and only Lyndsey Hookway. And I offer gentle, holistic sleep coaching for babies and children. This proven, attachment-focused approach will help your little one sleep better while supporting healthy development and connection.

MY APPROACH
My approach is rooted in attachment-based principles, it blends science with intuition, focusing on connection, trust, and long-term sleep health. We know from science that sleep is a developmental process—not a skill to be taught or forced, but something that naturally evolves with the right support.
My approach is holistic and highly individualized. I take into account your child’s temperament, feeding patterns, sensory preferences, and emotional needs, as well as your family’s values, routines, and stressors. I also pay close attention to nervous system regulation and the parent-child relationship, recognizing how deeply these influence a child’s sleep.
I don’t believe in quick fixes or mainstream sleep training that are based on outdated behavioral theories. Instead, I protect the bond that you have built with your child and are working so hard to keep. I prioritize supporting emotional well-being and helping parents feel confident and connected.
