When we work together, I take time to understand everything that influences your little one’s rest: their unique temperament, feeding rhythms, sensory and emotional needs, and the dynamics within your family. I also consider things that often go unseen: your stress levels, daily routines, and how everyone’s nervous systems are coping through this season.

My approach is rooted in attachment, science-based, and guided by intuition. It’s not about forcing sleep through rigid methods or leaving your baby to cry. There’s no sleep training, no ignoring cries, no one-size-fits-all solutions, just compassionate guidance that honors your child’s needs and your intuition.  It’s about creating an environment where both you and your child feel safe, connected, and supported.
